Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. As each AYA piece is handcrafted and carefully inspected before dispatch, orders placed during high-volume periods may require up to 5 business days.

Domestic Shipping (Thailand)
Standard shipping within Thailand takes 3–5 business days. Free shipping is available on all domestic orders over ฿2,000.

International Shipping (United States & Worldwide)
International orders are shipped via tracked courier and typically arrive within 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. Free international shipping is available on orders over $150 USD.

Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total. AYA Motherland is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us at Hi@aya.supply

Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
