Our Commitment
Every AYA piece is made by hand. Slight variations in glaze, texture, and form are intentional — they are a mark of the craft, not a defect. We ask that you embrace these qualities as part of owning something truly unique.

Eligibility
We accept returns on unused, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging. The following are not eligible for return: items marked as final sale, custom or personalised orders, and items showing signs of use.

How to Initiate a Return
Email us at hi@aya.supply with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior approval.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as AYA Motherland is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will prioritise a resolution and cover all associated shipping costs.
