Shipping Policy

Every AYA piece is hand-finished in Lampang, Thailand and carefully prepared for its journey. We ship worldwide with considered packaging and transparent timelines, so each object arrives as intended.

Order Processing

Orders are reviewed and prepared at our studio within 3–5 business days of purchase. Because each piece is hand-checked by our team before it leaves Lampang, this window allows us to confirm finish, weight, and condition. During new collection launches and holiday periods, processing may extend by a few days — any delays will be communicated by email.

Domestic Shipping · Thailand

Within Thailand, we ship via Kerry Express and Thailand Post EMS. Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days from dispatch. Orders above 3,000 THB receive complimentary standard shipping. Expedited options are available at checkout for time-sensitive orders.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide through DHL Express and FedEx International Priority. Transit times typically range from 5–10 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and volumetric dimensions. Remote areas may incur an additional surcharge, which will be confirmed before dispatch.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. We declare all shipments honestly and provide the commercial invoices required for smooth customs clearance.

Packaging & Care in Transit

Ceramics are fragile by nature. Every piece is individually wrapped in recycled tissue and protective material, then nested in double-walled cartons with cushioned inserts. Where possible, we use biodegradable and recyclable materials without compromising protection. For wholesale and OEM orders, custom packaging specifications can be arranged.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves our studio, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to populate in the carrier's system. If you have not received your tracking details within 7 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the rare event that a piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund at your preference. For shipments marked as lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the carrier and keep you informed throughout.

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are unable to reroute parcels once they have been dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
